Four-point contact ball slewing ring
Outer and inner rings of single-row ball slewing ring are a whole,elements are
steel balls and the separators are amongst steel balls. Filling with steel balls
through the hole, steel balls and raceway are four point contact to bear axial,
radial loading and tilting moment.
Crossed roller slewing ring
Crossed roller slewing ring is similar with Single-row ball slewing ring. It has
only single-row short cylindrical rollers. The axes line of the adjacent roller
are 90°cross spread. There are two raceways in outer and inner ring. The section
of raceway is linear. Half of rollers bear the down axial loading, and others
bear the up axial loading.
Double-row ball slewing ring
Double-row ball slewing ring consists of steel balls, outer and inner rings,
sepatators and sealing and so on.Use bolts to connect up and down rings, then
slewing ring becomes a complete component before mounting in the machinery.
the clearance is fixed by grinding face when the slewing ring is assembled.
Three-row roller slewing ring
Three-row roller slewing ring is a kind of high loading slewing ring, main
used in heavy loading operation surroundings. It is made of three rings,
there are adjusting shims in the up and down ring to adjust axial clearance,
up and down rollers in horizontal distribution to bear the axial loading and
tilting moment, vertical rollers to bear radial force.
Light Flanged slewing ring
Structure of light flanged slewing rings is the same as common slewing ring,
the difference is the L section of outer and inner ring. Generally speaking,
assembly precision is not high. The light design slewing ring is widely used
in food machinery, filling machinery and environment protection machinery. In
addition, we improve them to divide into two sections according to different
requirement, so the user can replace the slewing ring easy to dismounting the
whole machinery. This kind of slewing rings is called spilt slewing ring.
Slew drive

Trailer turnable
NFB trailer turntable is based on JT/T651—2006 standard and bring in
advanced technics abroad. There is no quenching treatment in traditional
turntable and the life is short because it is easy to wear. In order to
improve the wearing quality, We do quenching treatment in the raceway.
The quenching hardness will be more than HRC40. That mean our product
improve the quality from loading, wearinglessness and life.
